The breakfast was lovely, plus the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect. I was offered a room with marvellous views of street.

extremely pleasant and air-conditioned room & pleasant views. good and perfect location in an attractive area, easy to get anywhere. and adjacent to taxis, bus stops, metro station and a grocery store nearby, the city center and portugal.

Opt for a higher floor room to greatly reduce noise from street and airplanes. Quieter accommodations enhance your stay significantly.

Location of the hotel a bit far from the center. Few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

We can't wait to come back as it met required needs. The food is great and the breakfast was lovely. This is a good location in Lisbon. There's Gelataria Pindo around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The staff's willingness to assist was amazing. They provided helpful local insights and a great city map.

Unfortunately, the room lacked tea-making facilities, which would have added to the comfort of our stay.

The service was absolutely great. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and communicative.

We had a family room and our grandson's bed creaked with every movement. This piece of furniture should be replaced.

A water bottle was available only at the beginning of the stay in the room and was not replenished despite the heat.

I appreciated the spacious and clean room with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast had a fantastic variety of options, including delicious local specialties. The staff, especially Rui, were really good too recommend activities and restaurants to help me dive into the amazing Portuguese cuisine.

The parking spaces were a bit tight, making it challenging to maneuver.

Good service. We only stayed one night and went to the airport early in the morning. Wake-up service and taxi order worked very well.

The double bed was too soft for us.

Room all right, breakfast was excellent. Hot meals are prepared on request! Bathroom is well furnished.

Sockets are placed very funny. My boss was on the 10th floor but had no internet access from time to time.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with convenient metro access just across the street, making it easy to explore the local attractions and enjoy the proximity to public transport while appreciating the standard breakfast options available.

Couldn't ask for better.

After cleaning of the bath rooms, long black hairs were present in the bath tub.

The location and staff were good. The beds were comfortable and big.

The windows hardly protect from noise.
